Account and data deletion

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap the red Delete Account row.
3. Confirm.

The account closes at once.

If the app is gone, write to support@petmatchapp.social from the registered email with subject “Account deletion request”. We finish within 30 days after identity check.

Deletion cannot be undone: profiles, pet profiles, visibility in discovery/map/search, sessions, devices, matches and chats.

Payment records 5 years (Turkish tax law); moderation records against repeat abuse; backups up to 90 days.

Deleting the account does not cancel Premium. Cancel in Apple ID or Play Store subscriptions.
